Strawberry Honey Butter

Over the last couple of weeks I have talked a little about preparing for summer.   I chose my summer cocktail and purchased my ready-to-grab gifts.  Now I’m moving on to my homemade touch for the season…strawberry honeybutter.  It’s quick and easy to make and is great for bagels, biscuits and you could even serve it with a warm baguette for an easy dessert.  Whip some up and put it in a cute jar, Mason or other and you have yourself a great homemade gift.
